About us

Red In Circle is a Lebanese nonprofit founded in 2014 by activists committed to a society built on compassion, solidarity and justice.

Who we are

Red In Circle Association (RIC) supports vulnerable individuals and families, addresses social challenges and promotes equal opportunities through humanitarian initiatives, community engagement and partnerships. Our work rests on a simple belief: every person deserves dignity, care and the chance to live a better life.

Our mission

To support vulnerable communities across Lebanon by meeting essential needs, promoting access to education and healthcare, and creating opportunities for individuals and families to improve their quality of life. Through collective action and lasting partnerships, we turn compassion into practical support.

Our vision

A Lebanon where every person has access to essential services, education, equal opportunities and the resources to live with dignity. A society where solidarity replaces exclusion, and communities work together for a more inclusive and sustainable future.

Our values

Six principles guide our work with every family and every partner.

  • Compassion

We put people and their needs at the heart of our work.

  • Equality

Everyone deserves dignity, respect and fair opportunities.

  • Solidarity

We bring people together to support those facing hardship.

  • Transparency

We are accountable for our work and use every resource responsibly.

  • Collaboration

We work with individuals, volunteers, organizations and partners to strengthen our impact.

  • Sustainability

We look for solutions that support communities beyond immediate assistance.

How we make a difference

Humanitarian work goes beyond meeting immediate needs. It also means helping people regain stability, reach opportunities and build stronger futures.

  • Respond to essential needs

We support vulnerable individuals and families with humanitarian assistance, food support and initiatives that answer urgent needs in the community.

  • Create opportunities

We promote education, health and wellbeing, women’s rights, youth engagement and access to essential services.

  • Strengthen communities

We encourage volunteering, partnerships and community participation to build a culture of solidarity and shared responsibility.

Working together

We work with individuals, civil society organizations and institutions that share our commitment to a more inclusive society. Together, we reach more people and build lasting impact.
