Under its initiative “From My Heart, Peace to the South,” Red in Circle brought together nearly 700 children and family members in Qlayaa, from the Marjeyoun and Hasbaya districts, reaffirming its commitment to supporting local communities during challenging times.
The gathering began with a Holy Mass at St. George Church in Qlayaa, celebrated by Father Antonios Farah, with prayers for peace, protection, and the safety of Southern Lebanon. The mayors of Qlayaa, Marjeyoun, Deir Mimas, and Rachaya Al Foukhar also attended.
As part of the initiative, the association distributed school bags and stationery to 300 children, along with milk and diapers for infants and children up to three years old.
Red in Circle President Nesrine El Hosni, accompanied by the association’s members and volunteers, joined the initiative on the ground despite the challenges and risks involved in reaching the area.
Building on an earlier solidarity gathering that brought together nearly 1,000 people, this initiative reflects Red in Circle’s continued commitment to supporting families, strengthening community ties, and bringing hope to Southern Lebanon.
From our hearts, peace to the South.
